Vendetta Race is a private motorsport, entertainment and audiovisual production event, conceived as an experience of a promotional, recreational and exhibition nature.
The activities carried out within the framework of Vendetta Race form part of a proprietary, closed format, designed specifically for the event and with no external sporting effects.
Vendetta Race does not confer official sporting titles, sporting categories, licences, public recognitions of a sporting nature, or qualification rights in championships, cups, trophies, series or contests outside the event itself.
Any scoring, timing, ordering, classification, head-to-head, result or determination-of-winners system that may be used within Vendetta Race shall have an exclusively internal, organisational, narrative and entertainment purpose, and shall produce effects only within the Vendetta Race format itself.
The results obtained by participants do not generate external sporting rights, do not allow entry to or qualification for other competitions, and have no effects outside Vendetta Race.
The possible existence of a winner, an internal classification, a points system, lap times, head-to-head contests between participants or any other element customarily associated with the language of motorsport responds exclusively to the narrative and recreational structure of the event.
Likewise, the use in the communication, broadcasting or promotion of the event of expressions such as «carrera», «race», «piloto» / «driver», «equipo» / «team», «familia» / «family», «clasificación» / «classification», «pole», «vuelta rápida» / «fastest lap», «podio» / «podium», «ganador» / «winner», «temporada» / «season», «GP», «Gran Premio» / «Grand Prix», «campeonato» / «championship», or other expressions typical of motorsport, has a descriptive, promotional and audiovisual purpose, and that terminology does not in itself alter the legal nature of the event.
Participation in Vendetta Race does not entail obtaining cash prizes linked to sporting results, nor financial remuneration conditional upon a particular position in a classification.
Any financial consideration that participants, content creators, professionals or collaborators may receive shall derive, where applicable, from their corresponding contractual, professional, promotional or audiovisual relationships, and shall not constitute sporting prizes associated with the results obtained in the driving activities.
Vendetta Race takes place in a controlled environment specifically intended for carrying out motorsport activities, with the safety measures, operating protocols, insurance, access controls, technical conditions and other requirements that are applicable according to the activity actually carried out.
The conditions of participation, internal rules, scoring systems, safety rules, driving criteria and other operational aspects shall be established by the organisation exclusively for the proper running of Vendetta Race.
Those rules are internal and contractual in nature and are not intended to constitute or reproduce sporting regulations of general application outside the event itself.
Vendetta Race may include, among other elements:
- instruction and training sessions;
- driving activities;
- skill tests;
- track sessions;
- time measurement;
- challenges between participants;
- exhibition activities;
- audiovisual recordings and broadcasts;
- promotional activities;
- experiences aimed at the public;
- internal scoring or classification systems.
The inclusion of any of these elements does not in itself alter the private and unofficial character of the event, nor does it attribute external sporting effects to its results.
The organisation may modify the format, the internal rules, the planned activities, the scoring or classification systems and other elements of the event where necessary for reasons of safety, audiovisual production, organisation, technical availability, weather conditions, circuit operations or any other reasonably justified circumstance.
The main purpose of Vendetta Race is to offer an entertainment experience connected with motorsport, combining driving, content creation, show, narrative between participants and audience participation within a proprietary format.
Consequently, any competitive element that exists must be interpreted exclusively within that internal entertainment context and as an integral part of the Vendetta Race format.
The organisation shall comply at all times with the authorisations, administrative notifications, safety requirements, insurance and other legally enforceable obligations, having regard to the specific characteristics of each activity carried out.
