This Cookie Policy explains the use of cookies and similar technologies on the website vendettarace.com and its subdomains (hereinafter, the “Website”), owned by Nuestra Cosa Creativa, S.L., responsible for the Vendetta Race project.
This policy is provided in accordance with Article 22.2 of Spanish Law 34/2002 of 11 July on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (“LSSI-CE”), and the recommendations and criteria published by the Spanish Data Protection Agency (“AEPD”).
1. WHAT ARE COOKIES?
Cookies are small files or devices downloaded or stored on users’ devices when they visit certain websites.
Among other functions, they enable the technical aspects of browsing, remember certain preferences, maintain sessions, establish how a website is used or, where appropriate and with consent, provide content or advertising tailored to users’ interests.
In addition to traditional cookies, other technologies may store or access information on users’ devices, such as:
-
browser local storage (localStorage);
-
session storage (sessionStorage);
-
tracking pixels or tags;
-
web beacons (web beacons);
-
device identifiers;
-
SDKs;
-
similar technologies.
For the purposes of this Cookie Policy, all these technologies shall collectively be called “cookies” where they fall within the rules established in Article 22.2 of the LSSI-CE.

3. COOKIES USED ON VENDETTA RACE
The Website will only use cookies and similar technologies necessary for its operation or those to which users have validly consented where consent is required.
Cookies may change as a result of technical modifications to the Website or the introduction of new services, measurement tools, audiovisual content, social media features, advertising services or other providers.
For this reason, the specific list of active cookies and technologies must be kept up to date in this Cookie Policy and, where applicable, in the consent settings panel.
3.1. Technical or necessary cookies
These are necessary to enable users to browse the Website and properly use its features and services.
Among other purposes, they may enable:
-
the proper delivery and functioning of pages;
-
maintenance of Website security;
-
management of essential technical preferences;
-
distribution of traffic between servers;
-
temporary storage of privacy-related decisions;
-
operation of the cookie consent manager.
Where these cookies are strictly necessary to provide a service expressly requested by users or to enable communication over a network, they may be used without prior consent.
3.2. Preference or personalisation cookies
These cookies remember certain features selected by users, such as language, settings or particular display preferences.
Where their use is not strictly necessary to provide a service requested by users themselves, the corresponding consent will be requested before installing them.
3.3. Analytics or measurement cookies
These cookies allow the number of users to be measured and Website use to be analysed statistically.
They may be used, for example, to establish:
-
which pages receive the most visits;
-
how users browse the Website;
-
how long users stay in particular sections;
-
the device or environment from which users access it;
-
which content attracts the most interest;
-
potential technical errors or browsing problems.
Where these technologies require consent under applicable legislation, they will remain disabled until users accept them.
3.4. Advertising cookies
These cookies allow any advertising spaces on the Website to be managed as efficiently as possible.
They may take into account criteria such as the content displayed or how frequently an advertisement appears.
Where consent is required, they will not be installed until users authorise them.
3.5. Behavioural advertising cookies
These cookies may store information obtained through continuous observation of users’ browsing habits to create profiles or display advertising based on their interests.
These technologies will only be used where there is a valid legal basis and, where required, with users’ prior informed consent.
4. TECHNOLOGIES AND TECHNICAL PROVIDERS
The Website may use third-party technical infrastructure and services necessary to deliver content and ensure its proper operation.
These services may include content delivery networks, hosting providers, security services, anti-fraud systems, DNS services or other technical providers.
The mere fact that a provider receives technical data such as an IP address to deliver a web page or resource does not necessarily mean it is installing a cookie.
The legal classification of each technology will depend on its actual operation, the data processed and the specific purpose for which it is used.
Amazon Web Services / Amazon CloudFront
The Website may use Amazon Web Services (AWS), including hosting and content delivery services through Amazon CloudFront.
In this context, certain technical data necessary to provide the service may be processed, such as:
-
IP address;
-
date and time of access;
-
HTTP headers;
-
requested URL;
-
technical information about the device or browser;
-
security and access logs.
This technical processing does not in itself imply the installation of cookies requiring consent.
Google Tag Manager
The Website uses Google Tag Manager, a tag manager provided by Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). It is a technical tool: it neither analyses browsing nor displays advertising, but loads, where applicable, other tools (“tags”) that could do so.
When each page is opened, the browser requests the container from Google’s servers (googletagmanager.com), which receive the technical data needed to deliver it: IP address, page URL, date and time of access and technical information about the browser. This load does not install cookies or write anything to the device.
The container is set up in “consent mode”: all Google signals are declared as denied before it is loaded, and no tag requiring consent is activated until the user accepts the corresponding category in the panel. As at the date of this policy, the container includes a Google Analytics 4 tag, which stays on hold for as long as the user does not accept the “Analytics” category; only then is the measurement signal granted and only then does that tag install the cookies listed in the inventory in section 5. The container does not activate any advertising tag, and the advertising signals remain denied. Whenever any other tag is added, it will be included in the inventory in section 5 and the corresponding consent will be requested.
Google LLC, the parent company of Google Ireland Limited, may process this technical data in the United States. It is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, covered by the European Commission adequacy decision of 10 July 2023. Further information: https://policies.google.com/privacy.
Fonts and other external resources
Where technically feasible and reasonable, Vendetta Race may host the fonts, libraries and other necessary resources directly on its own infrastructure to avoid unnecessary connections to external services.
Where certain resources are requested directly from third-party servers, information will be provided if that connection involves cookies, identifiers or relevant processing subject to the corresponding legal obligations.
5. UP-TO-DATE COOKIE INVENTORY
Inventory updated on 29 September 2026. Google Tag Manager (section 4) is loaded on every page and installs no cookies by itself; in this version it activates a Google Analytics 4 tag that only runs if the user accepts the “Analytics” category in the panel and that, in that case, installs the _ga and _ga_R5JP337BKB cookies listed below. No advertising cookies have been identified in this version. This information will be updated whenever technological tools or providers are added or removed.
| Cookie / technology | Provider | Purpose | Type | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|---|
vendetta-language (localStorage) |
Nuestra Cosa Creativa, S.L. (first-party) | Remember the es / en language selected in the switcher or specified through a language link. It is not used for analytics or advertising. |
Preferences / personalisation | No automatic expiry is programmed; it is deleted when preferences are withdrawn in the cookie panel, when site data is cleared or when removed by the browser. |
vendetta-consent (first-party cookie) |
Nuestra Cosa Creativa, S.L. (first-party) | Remember the choice made in the cookie settings panel so it is not asked again on every visit. It is not used for analytics or advertising. | Technical / necessary | 180 days from the last choice. |
_ga (third-party cookie) |
Google Ireland Limited (Google Analytics) | Distinguish users by means of a randomly generated identifier so that Google Analytics can count, in aggregate, how many people visit the Website. It is not used for advertising. | Analytics / measurement | 2 years from its creation or last update. |
_ga_R5JP337BKB (third-party cookie) |
Google Ireland Limited (Google Analytics 4) | Maintain the Google Analytics 4 measurement session state for the Website’s data stream. It is not used for advertising. | Analytics / measurement | 2 years from its creation or last update. |
6. CONSENT TO THE USE OF COOKIES
Where the Website uses cookies requiring consent, a consent management system will be displayed on the first visit to allow users to freely decide whether to allow them.
Users may:
-
Accept all cookies requiring consent.
-
Reject all non-essential cookies.
-
Configure their preferences by category or purpose.
Non-essential cookies will not be installed before users give consent where it is legally required.
The absence of an affirmative action will not be interpreted as consent.
Options will not be preselected in favour of acceptance.
The rejection option must be presented as accessibly and visibly as the acceptance option.
7. SETTINGS PANEL
Where cookies requiring consent are used, the Website will provide a permanent mechanism allowing users to review and change their preferences.
This panel will allow users to:
-
view the categories of cookies used;
-
learn their purpose;
-
identify participating third parties where applicable;
-
accept specific categories;
-
reject specific categories;
-
subsequently withdraw consent previously given.
Withdrawing consent must be as easy as giving it.
Withdrawal will not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out while consent was validly in place.
8. COOKIE DURATION
Depending on their duration, cookies can be classified as:
Session cookies
These remain only while users keep their browsing session open and are normally deleted when the browser closes.
Persistent cookies
These remain stored on users’ devices for a specified period or until manually deleted.
Where persistent cookies are used, their duration must be limited to what is strictly necessary for the corresponding purpose.
The specific duration of each cookie will be indicated in the corresponding table or settings panel.
9. FIRST-PARTY AND THIRD-PARTY COOKIES
Depending on the entity managing the information obtained through cookies, they can be classified as:
First-party cookies
These are sent to users’ devices from equipment or a domain managed by Vendetta Race or by a provider technically delivering the service on behalf of NCC, where NCC manages the information obtained through those cookies.
Third-party cookies
These are cookies for which the information obtained is managed by an entity other than NCC.
Where third-party cookies requiring consent are used, those third parties will be identified in the corresponding information and a link to their privacy or cookie policies may be provided.
10. THIRD-PARTY CONTENT
The Website may in future incorporate content or features provided by third parties, such as:
-
videos;
-
broadcasts;
-
maps;
-
social media content;
-
multimedia players;
-
ticketing systems;
-
advertising tools;
-
analytics or measurement platforms.
Some of these services may use their own cookies or similar technologies.
Where these technologies require consent, the corresponding content or service will remain blocked until users have validly consented.
